We send your items on the next working day. 

Within New Zealand:

Your item will be sent via Fastway and estimated delivery is 1-3 days.  The parcel will be a non-signature parcel and will be left at the address specified even if no one is home, although we recommend that there is someone home when this arrives.  Free courier delivery is available to all packages with an order total of $49 and over.  Orders under $49 incur a fixed courier charge of $3.70.


Free airmail option is avaliable for less urgent and less valuable packages with an order total of $49 and over.  Orders under $49 incur a fixed airmail charge of $8.50.  We accept no liability for parcels lost by NZ Post and/or Australia Post.  

An upgraded option to signature delivery is available for $15 and recommended, as this method greatly decreases chances of items lost in transit.

All other countries:

International Economy Courier (2-6 working days)

This is a tracked signature required service offered by New Zealand Post.  Please ensure there will be someone at the delivery address who can sign for the delivery.  The international courier incurs a fixed charge of $18 for orders under $49.  All orders with a total of $49 and over incur a $26 delivery charge.



In the case where your items goes astray, you will need to contact us for assistance.


Exchanges & Returns

Wrong colour?  Wrong size?  Never fear, exchanges can be made by sending your items back to us within 14 days of purchase.  All items must be in original condition, with original packaging and labelling.  Please note only non-sale items can be exchanged.  If you wish to exchange your purchase or you believe your item is faulty, simply email for an exchanges/returns form and details on where to send your purchase.  Please note a delivery charge may apply to the new item.

If you cannot decide on what you would like to exchange your item for, we can issue you with a store credit to use for your next online purchase.  Store credits are valid for one year.

It is recommended you use a tracked courier service for any items coming back to us as shelley d cannot process your exchange or return claim if the item goes missing while in transit. 


Where possible, faulty items will be repaired.  If a repair is not feasible, either a replacement item or a store credit will be given.  Shelley will keep you informed as your claim is processed and the aim is to have the claim resolved and returned to you within 10 working days of receiving the item.
